Our current workout schedule is:
- Mondays @ 7:30pm ET
- Thursday @ 9:30am ET
Replays of all classes are added to the on-demand workout library. There are currently more than 45 workouts for you to choose from, including total body, upper body, lower body, power walks, abs/core, and stretching. New workouts added weekly and Josie even takes special requests!
