Live Fitness Classes & Replays

All workouts are approximately 15-20 minutes in length. Facebook replays are instantly available with the recording uploaded to the secret Youtube playlist within 24 hours. Our current workout schedule is: 

  • Mondays @ 7:30pm ET 
  • Thursday @ 9:30am ET
  • Saturdays @ 9:30am ET (as announced)  

There's never a dull moment! I'm present in the Inner Circle to deliver bonus teachings and additional content throughout the week to provide you with even more support.   


Fitness Challenges

Challenges take place on a rolling schedule -- meaning, when one challenge concludes, a new challenge begins (usually within 2 weeks). Challenges vary in length from 7-30 days and are designed to:

  • Help you stay accountable and consistent
  • Address your trouble zone areas and reshape your entire body
  • Help you improve you relationship with food
  • Help you develop good habits that lead to long term success

As you complete each challenge, you'll be ready to "level up" for the next one.
